Step 1. Cut pipe off 1 1/4" below finish floor. This will provide 3/4" of concrete cover over the completed blockout.
Step 2. Install foam ring over pipe and glue on cap
Step 3. Screw on bowl and lid, foam will compress as bowl is screwed on
Step 4. Coat completed blockout assembly with a light coat of spray to ease removal.
Step 1. Break away the 3/4" of concrete cover above the lid. Fully exposing the lid will make bowl removal easiest. Try to keep lid intact while removing the concrete above.
Step 2. Use claw hammer to break through outside of lid, away from pipe, and pry lid off.
Step 3. Use claw hammer to break through thin middle area of cap and pry off of pipe. Cap will break away around the outside perimeter circle.
Step 4. Cut off pipe below cap with inside cutter using claw hammer on the inside of cap break loose and remove inner portion of bowl, cut off pipe and remaining portion of cap all together
Step 5. Lastly using claw hammer pop out bowl exterior by lifting under the lip below the threads, and pull out foam ring.
