Instruction (Simple)

Step 1. Cut pipe 1 1/4" below finished floor

Step 2. Install foam ring around pipe

Step 3. Apply glue to pipe and press cap firmly into place

Step 4. Screw bowl onto cap until foam is compressed

Step 5. Screw lid onto bowl

Step 6. Apply a light coat of lubricant spray to the outside of the bowl for easier removal

Removal (After locating blockout)

Step 1. Break away concrete above the lid until fully exposed (Keeping lid intact makes removal easier)

Step 2. Break through the outer edge of the lid and pry it off (Stay away from the pipe center)

Step 3. Break through the center of the cap and pry it off the pipe (Cap will separate around the outer edge)

Step 4. Use an inside pipe cutter to cut pipe to desired height

Step 5. Remove remaining bowl and foam by prying up under the outer lip
